Motivation at the Workplace

This is a really good article which could really help a lot of SMEs, and give "life" to not just company productivity, but to the hardworking people who are drained at work.

I guess it all goes to down to appreciating people and enabling them to grow. But employers don't always see the point to helping people... the mentality is often, how can I get value for money... squeeeeeze the most out of my workers whom I'm paying too much for!!!

My utopian dream... everyone can be a boss in their own right, earning enough to support themselves and help others.
